Davey boy left his awesome minicassette recorder at my condo, upon which I found this fantastic recording of some good ol' AM frequency early morning conspiracy theory broadcast, suddenly interrupted by a wide open space, a bird singing, the traffic on I40, and a faint siren somewhere on US70. I immediately grabbed whatever I could muster as instruments, which amounted to a number of blowing jugs and wine glasses(which I filled with water to tune), a sock-wrapped wooden spoon with which to beat a forgotten bass drum, an old and broken marching snare, as well as small pieces of metal and rubbish to use as sound effects after running them through a simple filter effect... and that's all you'll hear on this little organic beatette. Recorded 2006 at a condo in Whitsett, NC
